A clear word about links.

You should be able to understand a commercial relationship before deciding whether to click.

Affiliate links

Some links on Not Dressed as a Lamb may be affiliate links. If you follow one and make a qualifying purchase, the retailer or affiliate network may pay us a commission. This does not add a separate charge to your purchase. Prices and promotions are set by the retailer and can change.

We are preparing the journal for affiliate partnerships. At launch, shopping destinations are direct, untracked retailer links. A retailer being mentioned does not mean it has approved us as a partner, paid for coverage or endorsed this website. When affiliate links are added, this disclosure and the relevant article notices will describe the relationship.

How recommendations are selected

Our guides focus on situations, selection criteria and tradeoffs. A shopping link is a way to explore an option, not a promise that one product is best for every reader. We may include options that do not generate commission. We do not claim hands-on use unless that work is actually documented in the article.

Advertising, sponsorship and gifts

A paid editorial placement will be labelled as advertising or sponsored content near the beginning of the story. If a product supplied without charge informs a story, that material connection will be stated there. A commercial enquiry or gifted item does not guarantee publication, and commercial partners do not receive undisclosed control over our conclusions.

Your purchase is with the retailer

We do not sell the linked products, process orders or handle payments. Check the merchant’s current description, size chart, ingredients where relevant, total price, shipping arrangements and return terms before purchasing. Retailers and networks may use their own cookies or other technologies after you leave this site; consult their policies for details.

Links may lead to category pages to allow comparison rather than to an exact pictured item. Photography is illustrative and does not imply a person’s endorsement or a tested product.
