Privacy Policy

This policy describes the current information practices of Not Dressed as a Lamb at notdressedasalamb.com. For privacy questions contact hello@notdressedasalamb.com.
Information when you browse
The journal provides publicly accessible articles without an account. We do not ask visitors to create a profile, enter payment information or submit a contact form. We have not installed advertising trackers, a newsletter signup service or a visitor analytics script as part of this launch.
Our hosting and security provider, Cloudflare, handles technical information needed to deliver and protect the site. This may include an IP address, request URL, browser and device information, time of access and security-related events. The provider processes information under its own arrangements and policies. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
Email correspondence
If you choose to email us, your email service and the receiving service handle the message. The information you send may include your email address, name, message and attachments. We use correspondence to address the enquiry, review corrections or consider a proposed business relationship. Please do not include passwords, card details or other unnecessary sensitive information.
We do not use editorial enquiries as permission to add someone to a marketing mailing list. Correspondence should be kept only for as long as it is reasonably needed for its purpose and related record keeping. The appropriate period depends on the nature of the enquiry or relationship.
Cookies and local storage
The site’s own code does not set analytics or advertising cookies, and its article search runs in your browser without sending a search form to a third-party search service. Cloudflare may use security-related technologies when necessary. Our Cookie Notice explains the current implementation.
Shopping and external websites
When you follow an external link, the destination operates under its own privacy and cookie policies. Retailers or affiliate networks may use tracking on their websites. We do not receive your payment card details, account password or full order record through the direct retailer links used at launch.
Sharing and security
We do not sell visitor contact information. Technical providers may process information to run and protect the website, and information may need to be retained or disclosed to address a legal obligation or protect legitimate rights. No online system can guarantee absolute security; limit personal information in correspondence to what is necessary.
Your choices
You can control cookies and website storage through your browser, choose whether to follow third-party links, and contact us about information you have sent. Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction or deletion and to raise concerns with a relevant supervisory authority. We will assess requests against the circumstances and applicable requirements rather than promise a particular legal outcome.
Children and changes
The journal is written for an adult audience and does not knowingly seek personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent personal information to us, please contact the editorial desk. This policy will be updated when the site’s actual practices change; the date at the top records the latest policy version.
