Editorial questions & corrections

Please include the article title or full URL and explain the detail you would like us to check. For factual corrections, a link to an original manufacturer page or another primary source is especially helpful. If a shopping link has moved, tell us which link you selected and where it led.

Commercial enquiries

For affiliate partnerships, advertising and potential editorial collaborations, use the same address with “Partnership enquiry” in the subject line. Include your company name, website, proposed arrangement, relevant product category and any conditions attached to the offer.

We consider opportunities relevant to fashion, clothing, footwear, accessories, makeup and everyday living. A proposal, sample or commission arrangement does not guarantee coverage. Sponsored placements must be identified, and we retain editorial control over our words.

Privacy questions

For a question about personal information, put “Privacy enquiry” in the subject line and describe your request. Do not send payment card information, passwords, identity documents or sensitive medical details. We may need enough information to understand and respond to a request; please keep your first message limited to what is necessary.

Orders and product support

We are a publisher, not a retailer. Purchases are completed with the retailer you choose. For delivery, payment, returns, refunds or a product fault, contact that retailer directly using the details on your order confirmation.
